What happens if garbage day is cancelled or late?

VI trash Pandas will send out a text to your designated contact advising that the day is either cancelled or if the truck is running late. We understand your time is valuable too.

When are Service days?

Service days follow the garbage routes, as example Parksville garbage days are Tuesdays/ Wednesday, so if you live in that zone, we will be in the area on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Enabling you to plan your schedule appropriately. We just ask that you leave your bins out until we send you the text that the job is completed with a photo.

What is our referral program?

If you make a referral and they sign up for any subscription we will give you a 10% reduction on your subscription or on your cleaning.

What if my bin is not cleaned properly?

Our worker will be able to provide a photograph of the cleaned bins to your provided contact prior to leaving the location. However, if there are any issues, we are always just a phone call away and will do everything we can to make it right. Please provide us that opportunity.

How long do we leave our bins out?

We would ask that you leave your bins out all day on garbage day as we may have up to 400 people in the service area for that day, may be required to run into the following day based on where we start our route. Please leave the bins out for service until we send you a text that it was cleaned and smelling fresh.

Can I change subscription packages after a service?

Absolutely you can just give us a call and we will help you find the package that is right for you.
